1. Services

L1WebTips provides web design, SEO, and digital marketing services. We perform these in a professional manner following industry standards.

2. Payments & Billing

• Web Design: 50% deposit required to start, 50% due upon completion before going live.
• Monthly SEO: Billed monthly in advance. Payment due within 7 days of invoice.
• Late Payments: We reserve the right to suspend services if payments are over 30 days overdue.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

• You own the copyright to your design and custom content
• We retain the right to display work in our portfolio
• We retain ownership of reusable code libraries/tools

4. SEO Disclaimer

While we use best-practice techniques, no agency can guarantee specific Google rankings. Search algorithms change constantly. We guarantee our effort and strategy, not a specific position.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel monthly services at any time with 30 days' written notice. We do not refund payments for partial months.
